Yesterday, I had the pleasure of presenting my postdoctoral project Momentum-CSIC at the Institute of Forest Sciences (ICIFOR-INIA-CSIC) titled Phenotypic modeling using large-scale genomic data computation and its application to forest tree breeding and conservation in the face of global change", at the Momentum Session of the Second General Assembly of Conexión BCB - Computational Biology and Bioinformatics of CSIC.

In this session, projects in the field of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics selected in the MOMENTUM call of CSIC were presented. This initiative promotes innovative projects to attract, train, and retain highly qualified talent in advanced digital skills and Artificial Intelligence. It was a fantastic opportunity to share insights, exchange ideas, and connect with fellow researchers working at the forefront of these fields.
A huge thank you to the organizing team and all attendees for their interest and engaging discussions. I'm excited to continue advancing this project and contributing to the development of forest tree breeding through cutting-edge technologies, multi-omics integration, and AI!
